my attention span is that of a goldfish on speed
So, I was looking up clips of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to support my Polisci paper and ended up watching the wrong clip on the 2008 Beijing Olympics controversies.
The next thing I know, it was an hour later and I had five tabs open about the Chinese gymnastics team. I now know lots of random trivia about He Kexin and Cheng Fei. ~*Good life choices*~, guys.
I desperately wish I could remember how to do a back tuck (the same could be said of back handsprings, back walkovers, and back flips) but I’m terrified of hitting my head again after that one bad incident in 7th grade…
I have 8 out of 12-15 pages done. Not bad. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get length out of my topic but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
I think I’m going to sleep for a few hours, wake up, work on the paper some more, and hopefully avoid awkward encounters with my Chinese professor at the dining hall (because guess who’s not going to class today?).
